Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Crisco
  • 2 pound sirloin tips cubed
  • 1 c. sliced onion
  • 1 sm. clove, chopped
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 c. warm cooked noodles

Direcciones

  1. Heat Crisco in skillet, add in meat, onion, garlic. Saute/fry till meat is brown, onion tender. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, cayenne and 1 1/2 c. water. Simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs on low heat.
  2. Blend 2 Tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. water, stir into meat mix. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly till desired consistency. Serve over warm noodles.
