Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb Grnd beef, browned, Liquid removed and cooled
  • 1 1/2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. Cottage cheese
  • 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 ct Frzn puff pastry, thawed And cut into 5" squares

Direcciones

  1. Combine filling ingredients. In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to create triangles; press with fork to seal.
  2. Bake at 400F. aabout 20 min or possibly till golden.
