Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1-1/4" thick (or possibly boneless chicken cubes or possibly boneless pork cubes)
  • 1 med Green, red or possibly yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-1/4" pcs
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dry oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 12 lrg Mushrooms Salt, if you like

Direcciones

  1. Trim excess fat from beef top sirloin steak; cut steak into 1-1/4" pcs.
  2. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, water, mustard, honey, oregano and pepper in large bowl. Add in beef, bell pepper and mushrooms, turning to coat.
  3. Alternately thread beef, bell pepper, and mushrooms on each of four 12" metal skewers. Place kabobs on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3 to 4" from heat. Broil 9 to 12 min for rare to medium, turning occasionally. Season with salt, if you like.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
