Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 2/3 c. oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tbsp. diced onion

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over raw hamburger. Combine with salt, oatmeal, onion, pepper, parsley, and egg. Mix Bisquick and lowfat milk. Roll dough into a rectangle and 1 1/4 inch thick. Spread meat mix proportionately over dough and roll as a jelly roll. Cut in 3/4 inch slices and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Heat sauce that can be souped over pinwheels.
  2. Sauce: 1 c. mushroom soup, 1/2 c. water, and 1 beef bouillon cube.
