Ingredientes

  • Each sauce is per one lb. of meat.
  • 2/3 c. of Dr. Pepper brand soda
  • 2/3 c. of ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. of dry oregano
  • 1 x garlic clove, chopped (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Beef Roast: Place a 2-3 pound roast in a crock-pot and bake on low for 4-6 hours.
  2. Add in your vegetables the last 2 hours. Or possibly you can break-up the roast and serve on sandwiches.
  3. Also, you can bake the roast at 350 for 1 hr.
  4. Pork Chops or possibly Chicken: Place 4 pork chops in a 9 x 13 dish and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
  5. Ribs: (without the bone) Place 2-3 lbs. ribs in a crock-pot and bake for 4-6 hours on low. Basting the ribs with the sauce every 30 min.
  6. Or possibly you can bake the ribs at 325 degrees for 1 hour, then bake another 45 min,basting the ribs every 15-minutes. Don't use Diet Dr. Pepper even if does taste the same. The sugar helps tenderize the meat.
