Ingredientes

  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 green peppers, cut fine
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook onions and green peppers and grnd beef till brown.
  2. Add in tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
  3. Arrange in casserole; cover and bake 375 degrees for 45 min to 60 min till done.
