Ingredientes

  • 2 x Lean beef cubed steaks - (4 ounce each)
  • 1 x Garlic clove chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 sm Zucchini thinly sliced
  • 4 x Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Combine garlic, basil and pepper; divide mix in half. Press half of seasoning mix proportionately into both sides of beef cubed steaks; reserve. Heat oil and remaining seasoning mix in large nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add in zucchini; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. Add in tomatoes and cook 1 minute. Remove vegetables to hot platter; sprinkle with cheese and keep hot. Increase heat to meium-high; panbroil steaks 3 to 4 min, turning once. Season steaks with salt. Serve with reserved vegetables.
