  • 2 tsp DRY HERBS, YOUR CHOICE
  • 2 tsp SALT
  • 2 x SMALL BAY LEAVES
  • 1/2 tsp PEPPER
  • 3 lb BONELESS CHUCK ROAST
  • 1 lb CARROTS, CUTUP
  • 4 x RIBS CELERY, CUTUP
  • 3 x MEDIUM ONIONS, QUARTERED
