Ingredientes

  • Round steak
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can beef broth
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Flour, salt, pepper & garlic pwdr
  • Egg noodles
  • 1 can (20 ounce.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 ounce. jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Cut 1 piece round steak in 1/2 to 3 inch strips. Salt and pepper steak and dust with flour. Brown steak in oil (use very little oil). Add in 1 minced onion and cook till tender. Add in jar of mushrooms and can of beef broth. Add in 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, garlic pwdr to taste and cream of mushroom soup. Stir and cook over medium heat about 20 min. Add in an 8 oz carton of lowfat sour cream and cook 5 min. Serve over warm buttered noodles (or possibly rice). Serves 4.
