Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Beef chuck steak or possibly roast
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Salad oil
  • 1/8 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dsh Paprika
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream Minced parsley, sprinkle Warm cooked noodles or possibly rice

Direcciones

  1. Throw away bone and fat from meat and cut into thin, bite-size strips. Heat 1/2 tb of the butter with the oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. Add in mushrooms and onion and cook, stirring till golden brown. Lift out and set aside.
  2. Add in remaining 1/2 tb of butter to pan. Add in beef strips and cook over high heat, turning meat and shaking pan, just till browned. Remove pan from heat, stir in reserved mushroom-onion mix, salt, Worcestershire, paprika, pepper and lowfat sour cream. Return pan to low heat and cook, stirring constantly, just till sauce is heated through-don't boil.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
