Ingredientes

  • 2 (3 to 4 pound) beef tenderloins
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • black ground pepper
  • soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Season beef with garlic, onion and pepper.
  2. Place inside Ziploc bag. Cover with soy sauce. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Place beef in baking dish, uncovered. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cover tightly with aluminum foil for 35 minutes.
  4. Slice into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices; and serve with
  5. horseradish on the side.
