Ingredientes

  • Beef filet 180 gr
  • Garlic 10 gr
  • Red peppers 40 gr
  • Potato 80 gr
  • Red onions 50 gr
  • Tomato 30 gr
  • Cherry tomato 40 gr
  • Sumac 5 gr
  • Sumac dressing 1 cl
  • Beef gravy 10 cl

Direcciones

  1. Pan sear the beef tenderloin then finish to cook in the oven.
  2. Roast the potato wedges and sauted the julienne of red onions.
  3. Cook the brunoise of onion in butter, slowly until cooked then season with sumac, salt and pepper.
  4. Roast and peel half of the red pepper and dice, julienne the other half.Cut the cherry tomato in half.
  5. Cut the tomatoes in julienne and wedges, toss everything together with fresh coriander leaves and sumac dressing
  6. Serve beef gravy
