Ingredientes

  • 4 (8 ounce.) beef tenderloin steaks, cut approximately 1 inch thick
  • 2 lg. cloves garlic, cut in half
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. cream cheese
  • 4 teaspoon finely minced onion
  • 4 teaspoon blue cheese
  • 4 teaspoon unflavored yogurt
  • Dash or possibly two of white pepper
  • Minced parsley for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Rub each steak on both sides with cut garlic and sprinkle with salt. Place steaks on the grill rack over medium coals. Cook 5-7 min on each side to desired degree of doneness.
  2. While steaks are grilling, mix together the cream cheese, onions, blue cheese, yogurt and pepper.
