Ingredientes

  • 4 lbs. lean chuck, cut into 1 3/4 inch pcs
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Packages onion soup mix
  • 1 c. Seven-Up
  • 1 c. burgundy wine

Direcciones

  1. Place meat in a 4 qt casserole. Don't season. Pour soup mix and soup over the meat. Add in Seven-Up and wine. Cover the casserole and bake at 275 degrees for 4 hrs. Don't OPEN OVEN DOOR DURING COOKING! Serve over cooked noodles. Delicious!
