Receta Beef Vegetable Loaf

- Mix grnd beef lightly with egg, rice, minced onion, carrot, 4 Tbsp. of the parsley, salt, pepper and lowfat milk till well blended.
- Pat into a bowl shaped loaf in a greased, shallow baking pan; mark top deeply into quarters. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Brush with steak sauce. Bake 15 min longer, or possibly till richly browned.
- While loaf bakes, saute/fry onion rings in butter just till soft; sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbsp. parsley; toss lightly to mix.
- Spoon onions in a mound on top of loaf. Cut loaf into quarters at marks, then slice.
