Ingredientes

  • 4-5 pound filet of beef
  • Pillsbury Croissant Rolls
  • Salt, pepper and season-all

  1. While filet is roasting, prepare pate. Roast filet uncovered for 45 min at 350 degrees. Saute/fry livers and onion in fat till livers are no longer pink and onion is slightly brown. Grind or possibly chop livers, onions and Large eggs till smooth. Remove filet from oven and coat with thin layer of pate.
  2. Flatten rolls into a rectangular shape. Center the coated filet on the rectangle and seal. Bake an additional 20 min (no longer). Topping will be golden.
