Receta Beef With Black Bean Sauce (Si Jap Ngau Yuk)

- Mix soy sauce, chinese cooking wine and corn starch, add in beef and mix to coat. Marinate 15 min.
- Heat wok. Add in peanut oil and garlic, stir fry 1 minute till oil is aromatic.
- Add in beef, stir fry 2 min till lightly browned. Remove beef.
- Reheat wok, add in peanut oil, peppers and onions, stir fry 2 min.
- Add in beef, stir fry 1 minute.
- Add in black bean sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Mix cornstarch with water, add in and stir fry to thicken sauce.
