Beef With Wine And Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes

  • Sirloin tip roast or possibly equivalent
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can Golden brown mushroom soup
  • 2 c. dry red wine
  • 1 can water
  • Baby carrots
  • Small white onions
  • Sliced mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. In a large Dutch oven with cover place meat and cover with wine. Add in onion soup mix and Golden brown mushroom soup. Next add in water. Cover and cook in oven at 350 for 2 hrs. Add in carrots and onions. Cook another 1/2 hour. Add in mushrooms. Cook another 1/2 hour. Serve over wide noodles.
  2. Serves 6-8.
