Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb lean grnd beef
  • 1 med onion minced
  • 1 env cheese sauce mix
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or possibly cream of chicken soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes - (15 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounce macaroni cooked till just tender

Direcciones

  1. Brown grnd beef and onions. Combine all ingredients, except shredded cheese and macaroni, in the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hrs.
  2. Add in cheese and continue cooking for about 15 min, or possibly till the cheese has melted.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
