Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 c. Salsa
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 6 x Flour tortillas, cut in 1 in pcs
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef till browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
  2. Add in soup, salsa, lowfat milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
  3. Bake at 400 for 30 min or possibly till warm. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
