- Oil for frying
- Batter:
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tbs seasoned salt*
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 can (12 oz) beer
- You may substitute 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic or onion powder, 1/4 tsp paprika
