Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fish fillets or possibly cooked shrimp large
  • 3 to 4 tbsp. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. beer

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil (1 1/2 inches deep) in heavy saucepan or possibly fryer to 350 degrees. Lightly coat fish with 3 to 4 Tbsp. mix. Mix 1 c. Bisquick, salt, egg and beer till smooth. Dip fish into batter, letting excess drip into bowl. Fry till golden, about 2 min on each side. Let drain. Great with hush puppies and cole slaw.
