Ingredientes

  • 2 Large eggs, separated
  • 2/3 c. beer
  • 2 or possibly 3 drops Tabasco
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 pound fish fillets

Direcciones

  1. Dry fish on paper towel. Beat egg yolks till light and lemon colored. Gradually stir in beer and Tabasco. Add in flour, salt, paprika, butter, and garlic. Stir till blended and smooth. Beat egg whites in separate bowl till whites are stiff but not dry. Fold into batter. Dip fish pcs into batter. Deep fry in heated oil (375 degrees) for 3 to 4 min or possibly till golden. Drain on paper towel. Yields: Approximately 10 (6 inch) pcs of fish, coated.
