I struggle to find ways to make something different with ground beef.  And no, a meatball, isn’t just a meatball if you add different flavors.  Take, for example, my Teriyaki Glazed Meatballs or my Sweet Soy Glazed Meatballs.  Unique but oh-so-delicious.  That’s what happened when I threw these meatballs together. Arriving home from an absolutely lovely (NOT) commute, makes me want to just lounge on the couch and do nothing.  But the hubby was coming back from his business trip and I knew he would be hungry.  He likes meatballs.  I like beer.  So why not put them both to good use. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
