Ingredientes

  • 1 lb. Medium Cheddar cheese, block
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 8+ oz. beer
  • Crackers for serving

Direcciones

  1. Cut cheese into cubes.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the cheese, garlic, Worcestershire, dry mustard and cayenne until cheese is finely shredded and the seasonings are incorporated.
  3. With food processor running add the beer until smooth.
  4. Let sit overnight before serving with Crackers.
