Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Fill a casserole dish with ¾ of the mashed potatoes, Using a piping bag with a large star point, pipe the potatoes on top of the filled casserole dish. Brush potatoes with the melted butter. Bake in the 425°F oven until nicely browned, about 20 minutes. 3.2.2124

When Melissa sat down at the dinner table she asked me what was in “that” casserole. I told her it was cauliflower. She made the cutest scowl on her face to indicate her dislike for what I just said. Try it, I said, you will love it. She reluctantly dished out a bit of them on her plate. I watched her intently as she slowly picked a bit up with her fork and tasted it ever so gingerly.

I watched her as she proceeded to eat it all and then go for seconds. I guess she liked it. No, she didn’t like it at all. She loved it. Dare I try to sneak these into our Thanksgiving feast?
