Beer Onion Ring Batter

Ingredientes

1 c. flour
1 teaspoon salt

12 ounce light beer
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco

Direcciones

Sift flour and salt into the beer. Stir till light and frothy. Add in the Tabasco and let stand for several hrs. Stir before using. Dip onion rings into batter and fry in boiling oil.
