Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. beet liquid from canned beets (save beets for another meal)
  • 3/4 c. tomato juice
  • 1/4 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients except yogurt. Refrigerate2 to 3 hrs in covered jar. Serve in cocktail glasses or possibly small glass bowls, topping each with 1 Tbsp. yogurt.
