Beetroot Soup

Ingredientes

  • 1 med Beet root dark
  • 1 med Piece bottle gourd
  • 1 sm Onion
  • 1 sm Tomato
  • 1 sm Potato
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar Salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Whipped cream, (1 to 2)
  • 1 tsp Minced basil or possibly coriander

Direcciones

  1. Clean, peel and chop vegetables into large chunks.
  2. Pressure cook until soft.
  3. Cold, blend in mixie and strain.
  4. Add in seasoning except minced coriander and cream.
  5. If you like, serve chilled with soup sticks.
  6. Or possibly Serve piping warm with warm garlic rolls.
  7. In either case add in a swirl of cream and some minced coriander on top in each bowl.
