Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. cool 2% low-fat lowfat milk
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
  • 1 c. thawed Cold Whip Lite Whipped Topping
  • 1 pt. (about 2 c.) strawberries, quartered
  • 1/2 pt. (about 1 c.) raspberries
  • 1/2 pt. (about 1 c.) blueberries or possibly blackberries
  • 10 sm. frzn Belgian or possibly reg. waffles, toasted

Direcciones

  1. An excellent choice for a brunch dessert. The berries provide an added bonus of 2 grams of fiber per serving.
  2. Pour lowfat milk, lemon juice and lemon peel into large mixing bowl. Add in pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk till well blended, 1 to 23 min. Gently stir in whipped topping. Chill.Mix fruit in bowl; chill.
  3. To serve, spoon about 3 tbsp pudding mix on each dessert plate. Top each with waffle, additional 2 tbsp pudding mix and scant 1/2 cup fruit.
  4. Assemble desserts as needed. Store leftover pudding mix and fruit in refrigerator. Makes 10 waffles.
