Ingredientes

  • 4 red snapper[cleaned],1green bell pepper cut into rings,1small spanish onion cut into rings,2tbsps mayonaise,lemon cut in wedges for flavor,salt and pepper to taste.banana leaves to wrap fish in.

Direcciones

  1. season fish with salt and pepper,grill for about 2 minutes on each side,place banana leaf down with fish in the middle,add rings of onion and bell pepper ontop,add about half teaspoon of mayonaise and lemon or lime wedge,wrap firmlyin leaf and broil in oven or steam on stove top about 5-8 minutes or until done.serve with fluffy white rice/a fresh green salad.for those who like a little spice add a few crushed red pepper flakes enjoy hope you like it.
