Ingredientes

  • 6 x Potato
  • 1 x Onion, grated
  • 1 tsp Parsley, chopped
  • 10 x Sl Bread
  • 2 x Egg, well beaten
  • 1 x Salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Grate the potatoes. Soak bread in cool water and squeeze out as much of the water as possible. Mix together the bread, salt, pepper, grated onion and parsley. Add in the grated potatoes and Large eggs and mix well. Form into balls, roll in flour gently, drop into boiling salted water, and cook in a covered pot for 15 min. These dumplings are excellent with sauerkraut, stewed chicken or possibly meat.
