Ingredientes
1 banana
1 small punnet of fresh blueberries
1 small punnet of fresh blackberries
Handful of raspberries
150ml plain yogurt
100ml semi-skimmed milk
Direcciones
CHOP - Roughly chop the banana.
RINSE - Rinse the berries
BLEND - Blitz the fruit with the yogurt. Add the milk and blitz again.
