Ingredientes

  • 4 chicken breast boneless skinless
  • berry balsamic salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 box cicken rice-a-roni
  • 1 med onion diced
  • curry powder
  • garlic
  • s & p
  • 1/2 cup of almonds

Direcciones

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in the berry balsamic dressing overnight.
  2. In a med sautee pan add a tab of butter and cook the chicken slowly over med heat. add 1/2 cup of dressing this will thicken up during the cooking process.
  3. Sautee onion in a med pot on med heat. add in palmful of curry powder and just season the rest to taste.
  4. Now cook the rice as directed in the same pot as the onions and curry. once you bring it to boil add in the peas and carrots.
  5. Once your chicken is cooked all the way through. place it over the curried rice and drizzle a bit more dressing on top then sprinkle the almonds as well.
