Receta Berry Crunch Cupcakes
These berry cakes have ground almonds in to add an interesting crunch to each bite!

- Sift the flour into a large bowl, then mix in the almonds, sugar, baking powder and bicarb of soda. Fold in the berries.
- In another bowl, beat the egg with the oil and lemon juice.
- Tip into the dry mixture and fold well.
- Spoon into a lined cupcake tray, then bake at 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
