Ingredientes

  • 3 lrg Egg whites
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Nonfat lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 1/2 c. Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or possibly a combo
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Blend together the egg whites, Large eggs, flour, lowfat milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt till smooth. Heat butter in a 10- to 12-inch nonstick ovenproof frying pan in a 425 degree oven. Tilt the pan to coat it proportionately. Pour the batter into the pan and bake till puffy and well-browned (about 25 min).
  2. In a bowl, combine the berries and cinnamon. Spoon the misture onto the dutch baby and sprinkle with powdered sugar. (4 servings)
