Receta Berry Mint Fondue

- Puree berries in a food processor till smooth. Pour the puree into a strainer over a medium-size saucepan. Rub the puree through the strainer, discarding seeds. Add in sugar to puree and heat till sugar is dissolved. Stir in mint.
- Transfer fondue to an enamel or possibly ceramic fondue pot and keep hot over a fondue burner; or possibly cold the fondue and serve at room temperature or possibly chilled. Serve with bite-size pcs of cheese, ladyfingers and ginger cookies.
