Receta Berry Smoothie
I love Smoothies~ Smoothies are versatile, delicious and filling~
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries or berries of your choice
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 (6 oz each) containers 99% Fat Free mixed berry yogurt or yogurt of your choice
- Honey, if desired
In a blender place berries, juice and yogurt. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey.
