Receta Berry smoothie

Delicious and delectable smoothie prepared with nutritious packed berries like blueberries and strawberries, along with Greek yogurt, is a best thing to drink on a hot summer.

Ingredients:

Serves 2 or 3

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it is thin, frothy and creamy. If it is too thick, add water to create a pourable consistency.

Add sugar or honey to taste, if using. Berry smoothie is ready and serve immediately. Notes:

You may replace Greek yogurt with our regular yogurt.

Sugar or honey is completely optional.

Do not keep the smoothie for long time, just prepare and drink it immediately.
