Receta berrylicious baby-cakes
Ingredients//
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 1/2 vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup lite greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp flax fibre
- assorted mixed berries - I used blueberries & rasberries
Directions//
Add dry ingredients to a big bowl
Mix well
Add in wet ingredients, and mix well
Cook on 325 degrees for 13-14 minutes
They will appear a little doughy, it's dough-ally alright.
After letting them cool for 15 minutes - spoon out the top centers
Spoon in the mixed berries to the tops of the baby-cakes
Enjoy!
