Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt regular Johnsonville brats(about 8-10)
  • 1 can beer (1 to 2)
  • 5 x cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 med onion sliced buns spicy brown mustard disposable aluminum pan about 9x12x2

Direcciones

  1. Put onion slices and garlic in the pan and arrange the brats on the top. Place on the grill rack over a good bed of coals, and add in one can of beer. Cook the brats about 30 - 45 mins. You may need to add in more beer to the pan. Let the beer cook off till you have a nice sticky onion-garlic-beer goo in the pan. Use this to "brown" the brats. Cooking time on these will vary, depending on the amount of heat your coals are putting off. You can also cook these on the rangetop in a skillet, but somehow they taste better on the grill. (Not to mention having a heck of a cleanup for your skillet. On the grill you can just throw the pan away.)
