Ingredientes

  • 2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 3 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift flour, salt, baking pwdr and 3 Tbsp. sugar. Quickly add in beaten Large eggs, lowfat milk and melted butter. Gently mix in blueberries that have been lightly dusted with flour. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Remove muffins from pan. Brush with remaining 3 Tbsp. butter. Combine 1/3 c. sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over muffins. Serve hot. Serves 12.
