Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lg. egg
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Beat in vanilla and egg. Add in baking pwdr and flour one c. at a time. The dough will be very stiff, add in the last of the flour by hand. Don't refrigeratedough. Roll out on floured board 1/8 inch thick and cut out cookies with cutters. Bake on top rack of oven 6-7 min just till LIGHTLY golden brown. Cold on cooling grid and ice.
