Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Grits
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 lb Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 x Roll (6-ounce) Kraft garlic cheese
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Crushed and buttered cornflakes (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Cook grits in 4 c. water and 1 tsp. salt as directed on package. Cold 15 min. Heat butter or possibly margarine and 3/4 roll of cheese together and add in to grits. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk. Add in lowfat sour cream. Add in mix slowly to grits. Pour into a greased 2 qt casserole. Top with remaining cheese which has been grated or possibly cut into small pcs and cornflakes. Bake for 45 min at 350 .
