Ingredientes

2 c. corn bread mix
2 tbsp. veg. oil

1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Direcciones

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 8-inch cast iron skillet which has been well greased. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 min or possibly till golden.
