Ingredientes

  • 1 pie shell, unbaked
  • 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk (I use the microwave)

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Cover edge of pastry with strips of foil. Mix thoroughly Large eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Slowly stir in warm lowfat milk and pour carefully into pie shell. To avoid spills fill in oven. Sprinkle top lightly with cinnamon or possibly nutmeg. Bake about 20 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean. Check at 15 min.
