Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2/3 c. Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 6 lrg Marshmallows

Direcciones

  1. Combine sugar, water, syrup & vinegar. Cook to soft ball stage. Beat egg whites till stiff. Beat in cream of tartar & salt. Add in half of warm mix to egg whites. To other half, add in marshmallows & allow to dissolve. Combine mixtures & beat till spreading consistency. (This also makes a very good candy if cooked to hard ball stage.)
