Ingredientes

  • 1 sm or possibly 1/2 large head cabbage (about 2 pounds)
  • 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. light lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 x green onions with green tops, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed

Direcciones

  1. Remove the outer leaves and core of the cabbage; chop the cabbage into large chunks. Place several chunks in a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
  2. (Don't overfill the processor.) Chop fine, using on/off turns; transfer to a large bowl. Repeat with the remaining cabbage; don't wash the bowl of the food processor.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients to the food processor; process till well combined. Pour over the cabbage; cover and chill at least 8 hrs or possibly overnight.
