Ingredientes

  • 2 c. hot water
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast Whisk together and let proof. (Get bubbly, about ten min time.)
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 c. bread flour

Direcciones

  1. Add in the rest in order and mix together well. Then knead 5 min or possibly so.
  2. Cover and let rise. divide in half. Form into 2 crusts, top with favorite toppings and enjoy makes 2 jelly roll pan size pizzas. I have used Whole wheat flour and corn meal, 1 c. each, and it was just as good and a bit healthier.
  3. Bake 450 degrees for 15 min.
