Ingredientes

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tsp lemon rind, grated
  • 1 x garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil salt pepper

Direcciones

  1. In saucepan of lightly salted boiling water, cook green beans for 5 min or possibly till tender-crisp; drain well Combine parsley, lemon rind and garlic; toss with beans along with oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
